The role also involves developing communication materials to strengthen the consumer perception of the company and supporting acquisition, retention, and portfolio growth initiatives. Applicants must have a degree in marketing, communications, business, or economics, with at least 8-10 years' experience in marketing and/or communications within a financial institution, wealth industry, or direct-to-consumer business model environment. The role requires a candidate with a customer-centric mindset, good project management skills, and competency in integrated marketing communications, including digital and social media marketing. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, both written and spoken, and possess strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
