The Vice President will also be expected to provide underwriting expertise for new product development, identify process improvements, and ensure the company's underwriting standards remain competitive in the market. Applicants for this role should have a strong background in underwriting, particularly in the areas of life, disability, and critical illness insurance, with a focus on high-net-worth clients. A University degree or equivalent professional insurance designation is preferred.
