The Company is seeking a Vice President, Senior Credit Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing assigned client portfolios, which includes the identification, evaluation, and monitoring of business risks in accordance with institutional risk frameworks. This role involves the preparation of credit applications, financial modeling, and the coordination of approval processes for various credit facilities. The Vice President, Senior Credit Analyst will also be involved in executing comprehensive credit risk assessments, financial spreading, rating evaluations, and loan classifications, particularly for large corporate accounts. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 8 years' experience in credit analysis and risk management. A solid background in assessing complex corporate financial transactions, such as acquisition and project financing, is essential. The role requires demonstrated expertise in financial spreading and loan portfolio monitoring, as well as the ability to participate in operational risk monitoring and manage early warning indicators. The Vice President, Senior Credit Analyst will also serve as a key point of contact for both internal and external audit reviews, and must be adept at overseeing collateral management activities to ensure data quality.
