The Company is seeking a Vice President, Relationship Manager for Midcap within its Institutional Banking Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a full range of commercial banking products and services to midcap corporate customers, with a focus on cash management, trade finance, working capital finance, and foreign exchange. This role involves soliciting and developing new borrowing relationships, as well as managing existing accounts to ensure optimum utilization and profitability. The candidate should have a university degree and 4-6 years' of experience in sales within the commercial banking sector, particularly with midcap corporates. A good understanding of credit risks, the ability to evaluate and mitigate them, and proficiency in customer relationship management are essential. Applicants for the Vice President, Relationship Manager position at the company should be adept at spotting new business opportunities, understanding customer requirements, and structuring deals. The role also requires the implementation and execution of business strategies to increase market share and achieve targets.
