The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President, Head of Accounting & Fund Administration Technology. This strategic and transformational technology executive will be tasked with defining and executing the technology strategy for a global accounting and fund administration organization. The role involves delivering mission-critical platforms that support various financial services, including fund accounting, financial reporting, insurance accounting, and NAV production. The successful candidate will lead a large global team, driving innovation through cloud-native architectures, data and AI capabilities, and modern engineering practices, while ensuring operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and exceptional client outcomes. Collaboration with business, product, operations, risk, and enterprise technology leaders is essential to accelerate growth, modernize platforms, and enhance the overall client experience. Candidates for this role should have a deep expertise in building and operating highly resilient, cloud-native technology platforms at an enterprise scale, as well as a strong knowledge of modern application architectures, public cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and software engineering excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading large-scale modernization and technology transformation initiatives, particularly within the financial services sector. Strong domain expertise in fund accounting, financial reporting, and related asset servicing operations is required, along with the ability to lead complex global technology organizations within highly regulated environments. The role demands exceptional stakeholder management, executive communication skills, and a strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into execution and measurable business outcomes. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 20 years of technology leadership experience, including significant experience in financial services.
