The role involves leading a team of developers and testers, overseeing technology execution, and driving innovation through cloud-native architectures, data and AI capabilities, and modern engineering practices. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and exceptional client outcomes, while partnering closely with various business and technology leaders to enhance the overall client experience. Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, at least 15 years of technology leadership experience, and a proven track record in the financial services sector. Deep expertise in building and operating resilient, cloud-native technology platforms, as well as strong knowledge of modern application architectures, AI, public cloud technologies, and DevOps practices, is essential.
