Vice President, Privileged Access Management Governance

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Privileged Access Management Governance. This critical role is responsible for establishing and maintaining the firm's privileged access governance framework, ensuring that privileged access controls align with internal risk standards, regulatory expectations, and audit requirements. The successful candidate will lead cross-departmental teams to design and implement controls for PAM policies, establish least-privilege standards, and own PAM-related controls and metrics. Strong technical expertise in IAM and PAM solutions, particularly with CyberArk and SailPoint, is essential, as is a deep understanding of Active Directory, Windows technologies, and cybersecurity principles related to privileged access management. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' experience in IAM or PAM-related positions, a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, and a proven track record of engaging with and influencing stakeholders. The role requires superior critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to identify control gaps, drive remediation activities, and provide expert advisory guidance on privileged access solutions. The Vice President will also be the primary point of contact for audit, risk, and regulatory inquiries and must ensure consistent governance and documentation across various IT environments.
