The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead the overall operation of a senior living community. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the facility complies with all local, state, and federal guidelines, providing excellent care to residents, and maintaining or increasing the facility's census. This role involves active participation in the community, supervising all staff, and directing the management team to meet financial and budgetary objectives. The Executive Director will also be accountable for marketing and sales activities, as well as the safety and security of residents and staff. Essential functions include overseeing nursing, resident care, programming, staffing, facilities maintenance, and fiscal management, and ensuring that the operation is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a minimum of three years' experience in a leadership role within the senior living industry, an Administrator license in the applicable state, and a background in financial management.
