Vice President, Investment Banking

This role involves managing and mentoring a team of Analysts and Associates, serving as the main point of contact for clients and other stakeholders, and leading the process from due diligence to closing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&A transaction execution, formal investment banking training, and excellent financial modeling and valuation skills. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA or CFA being a plus, and the candidate should be based in St. Louis or willing to relocate.
