Vice President, Group Controller

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Group Controller to lead group-wide financial close, consolidation, reporting, and audit activities across multiple jurisdictions. Responsibilities include overseeing managing agents and service providers, serving as a key contact for auditors and regulators, and strengthening controls as operations expand. The role also involves improving finance processes through automation and AI, contributing to transaction discussions, and determining accounting treatment for complex structures. The successful candidate will help build a scalable finance function and may progress to broader executive finance leadership. Candidates should have a strong accounting background, beginning in Big Four audit or advisory and progressing to Manager or Senior Manager before moving into an in-house role with direct ownership of a corporate close. Relevant experience may include specialty insurance, property and casualty insurance, reinsurance, alternative asset management, or related financial services. The position calls for a hands-on leader with experience in complex, multi-jurisdictional reporting and the ability to work effectively with senior executives, auditors, and regulators.
