The Company is seeking a Senior Management Partner to the CEO. This role is pivotal in the coordination of key activities, preparation of high-quality material, and the translation of decisions into action. The successful candidate will be at the heart of the organization, gaining broad exposure to executive leadership, strategic decision-making, and the mortgage market. Responsibilities include monitoring market, industry, and macroeconomic developments, acting as a secretary for executive management meetings, and supporting the CEO and management team in day-to-day execution. The ideal candidate is proactive, structured, and enjoys creating clarity and focus in a dynamic environment. Applicants for the Senior Management Partner role should have a background in management consulting, business development, strategy, project management, or similar fields. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel, are essential, as is the ability to create compelling executive-level presentations and decision material. Experience in the financial services industry, particularly with mortgage products, is a plus. The role requires excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, the ability to think analytically, and a talent for turning complex information into clear, engaging communication.
