The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the group's finance operations, leading a talented team, and ensuring the highest standards in reporting and compliance. This role requires a confident, commercially minded finance leader with a deep technical background, strong people and communication skills, and a proven track record in team leadership and development. The VP, Finance will also be involved in key financial projects, including systems, M&A, and structural initiatives, and will manage finance-related insurance arrangements for the group. Candidates for the VP, Finance position at the company should have an academic degree in business, finance, or equivalent, with a professional accounting qualification preferred. A minimum of 10 years' of experience in broad, senior finance roles, particularly in an international business environment, is required. Experience with transfer pricing, treasury, and Board-level reporting is essential, as is a background in publicly listed companies or similarly governed organizations.
