Head of Controlling

The Company is seeking a Head of Controlling to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full spectrum of company-wide controlling, including planning, forecasting, reporting, and financial controls. Applicants for the Head of Controlling position at the company should hold a degree in business administration with a focus on finance or a related field, and have a proven track record in a similar role within a larger or more complex corporate environment. The role requires a deep understanding of economic relationships, operational value drivers, and experience in modern planning, forecasting, and reporting processes. Familiarity with digitalization, automation, and AI in controlling, as well as experience in a dynamic and commercially driven environment, is highly advantageous. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and excellent communication abilities, and will be fluent in both German and English.
