Head of Financial Planning & Analysis

The Company is seeking a Head of Financial Planning and Analysis to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and presenting insightful management reports to senior management, working closely with subsidiaries and specialist departments to provide strategic financial guidance, and leading a small team to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the reporting process. This role requires a dedicated and motivated individual with a strong background in business administration, a focus on controlling and/or finance, and in-depth professional experience in a similar position within a large or medium-sized manufacturing company. Applicants for the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis position at the company should have a degree in business administration with a focus on controlling and/or finance, or comparable training with relevant additional qualifications. The role demands a candidate with proven knowledge of group controlling and reporting, as well as initial leadership experience. Proficiency in the MS Office suite is essential, and familiarity with SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA is a plus. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills. Responsibilities also include deriving measures from reports, supporting decision-making processes, and monitoring the implementation and impact of financial strategies.
