The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer for its Project Management Office to oversee and coordinate project management activities and ensure initiatives align with strategic objectives. Responsibilities include developing project charters, work plans, timelines, deliverables, and milestones, as well as coordinating cross-functional teams. The role tracks progress across multiple projects, prepares consolidated status reports and dashboards, identifies risks and delays, and initiates corrective actions. It also facilitates communication among project stakeholders, leads review meetings, supports leadership and board-level updates, and helps resolve operational and execution issues. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred. A minimum of 10 years of project management experience, including at least five years in a leadership role, is required, along with a record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Strong leadership, people management, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-influencing skills are essential. Applicants should also bring strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, and knowledge of project management tools and methodologies; experience in relevant industrial sectors is an advantage.
