Chief of Staff

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to partner with its founders, turning strategic priorities into action and supporting execution across the business. Responsibilities include establishing the operating rhythm, leading cross-functional initiatives, supporting decision-making, and keeping teams aligned as the organization grows. The role also covers board and shareholder reporting, strategic projects, and operational challenges. The successful candidate will bring clarity, momentum, and accountability to high-priority work. Candidates should have experience leading complex business, operational, or strategic initiatives, potentially gained in consulting, strategy, investment banking, operations, or a high-growth startup. Strong commercial and analytical skills, excellent organization and attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication are required. The role calls for sound judgment, discretion, collaboration, ownership, and comfort working through ambiguity. Curiosity about AI and how technology can improve work is also valued.
