Chief Technology Officer (CTO), 儀器設備

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to lead its power electronics technology roadmap, new product development, and research and development organization. Responsibilities include directing the development of next-generation AC/DC power and power conversion products, guiding core technology decisions, and overseeing products from architecture and design through validation and mass production. The CTO will establish and improve development processes, technical standards, and design reviews, while building and developing the R&D team. The role also involves collaborating across functions to assess market needs and translate them into product and technology strategies. Candidates should have at least eight years of power electronics or high-power product development experience, including familiarity with high-power AC/DC systems and related products. They should have expertise in PFC, LLC, three-phase inverters, and DSP or digital power control, along with end-to-end product development and mass-production experience. At least five years of R&D management experience is required, including experience leading or building a team of 10 or more. The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical capability with strategic R&D planning skills.
