Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Company is seeking a commercially astute Chief Operating Officer (COO) to partner with the CEO on strategic execution, public-listing readiness, and business transformation. Responsibilities include coordinating listing preparation and strengthening operational performance, revenue quality, and profitability. The COO will establish governance frameworks, internal controls, audit processes, compliance, and risk management, while improving board effectiveness and translating decisions into business priorities. The role also oversees joint venture performance, contributes to mergers and acquisitions and commercial due diligence, leads post-merger integration, and drives operational excellence across functions. Candidates should have at least 10 years of senior operations leadership experience in a multinational or medium-to-large organization, ideally at COO, VP of Operations, or equivalent level. A proven record of leading or significantly contributing to a completed public listing, along with strong knowledge of governance, internal controls, audit, compliance, board operations, and enterprise risk management, is required. The role calls for sound commercial judgment, market insight, and financial analysis skills, as well as experience managing joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions. Strong strategic leadership and the ability to align cross-functional teams and turn business objectives into measurable results are essential.
