The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Transfer Agency Department, which is a critical function providing fund administration services to various fund management companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic leadership and daily operations of the transfer agency team, ensuring exceptional client service, and driving process improvements. This role requires a strong focus on regulatory compliance, including SEC regulations, AML/KYC requirements, and other legal standards. The Vice President will also be tasked with managing a high-performing team, fostering a culture of client service excellence, and leading process enhancement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and reduce risk. Applicants for the Vice President, Transfer Agency role at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred, and a minimum of 12-15 years' experience in transfer agency or financial operations. The role demands a leader with a broad and in-depth understanding of mutual fund and ETF fund structures, compliance, and market practices. The ideal candidate will be result-oriented, possess commercial acumen, and have a proven track record in managing client relationships and leading operations. Key skills include the ability to conduct high-level analysis, make data-driven decisions, and foster a culture of change and innovation. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and exposure to TA systems and workflow tools is a plus. The role also requires excellent leadership, communication, and influence skills, with a strong focus on risk management and a commitment to embedding a culture of risk excellence.
