Head of Construction

The Company is seeking a Senior Engineering Supervisor with a strong background in large-scale architectural and construction engineering, as well as team management. The successful candidate will be tasked with the comprehensive planning and execution of large engineering projects, ensuring that all aspects from initial strategies to the final delivery are in line with the contract, budget, and schedule. This role demands a professional who can integrate various stakeholders, including clients, design units, subcontractors, and internal teams, to guarantee a smooth project flow. Key responsibilities include developing and optimizing construction plans, managing on-site progress, quality, cost, and risks, and leading a large engineering team with a focus on talent development and organizational management. Applicants for this position at The Company should have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in large construction or engineering consulting firms, with a proven track record in senior management roles within large-scale engineering projects. The role requires expertise in construction management, project integration, and execution processes, as well as the ability to manage all project aspects, including progress, quality, cost, and subcontractors. Experience in large or super-large-scale construction projects, as well as PMP or related certifications, is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, coordination, and senior management skills, and be capable of making holistic engineering decisions and optimizing project management processes.
