Head of Corporate Communications

The Company is seeking a Head of Corporate Communications to develop and deliver strategic corporate and internal communications that strengthen reputation and engage stakeholders. Responsibilities include executive messaging, employee engagement, media relations, press releases, external stakeholder communications, and crisis and issue response. The role also oversees reputation and employer-branding initiatives, communications for key organizational milestones, and media monitoring and reporting. In addition, the successful candidate will manage digital and content platforms, maintain consistent messaging, measure performance using KPIs and analytics, and ensure communications comply with applicable regulations, industry codes, and internal procedures. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, life sciences, or a related field, and have 6–10 years of corporate communications experience in a highly regulated industry. Required strengths include regulatory knowledge, stakeholder engagement, media relations, and collaborative crisis communications involving legal or regulatory partners. The role also calls for the ability to translate complex scientific or technical information into clear messaging for diverse audiences, along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a strong compliance-focused mindset.
