Investment Banking Vice President

The Company is seeking an Investment Banking Vice President to originate and execute mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions from engagement through closing. The role leads deal teams and manages relationships with clients, buyers, investors, and external advisors throughout the transaction lifecycle. Responsibilities include overseeing financial models, valuation analyses, and client materials; coordinating due diligence; and managing multiple transactions simultaneously. The Vice President will also participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations, while supporting business development and mentoring junior team members. Candidates should have at least four years of investment banking experience, including significant M&A execution, and the ability to independently lead complex transactions. Strong financial modeling, valuation, analytical, presentation, communication, and client-facing skills are required, along with experience managing deal teams and developing junior colleagues. A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is required. Experience in business services, technology, or industrials is preferred but not essential.
