Vice President of Accounting

The Company is seeking a VP of Accounting to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the month-end close, financial reporting, and cash flow management across multiple entities. This leadership position also involves driving budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning initiatives, as well as leading accounting system upgrades, process automation, and finance transformation projects. The VP of Accounting will be expected to mentor and lead the accounting team, consolidate financial data, and deliver executive-level reporting and analysis. A key aspect of the role is to partner with ownership on critical business decisions and to support the company's expansion and growth plans. Applicants for the VP of Accounting role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in healthcare finance and accounting leadership.
