The Company is seeking a Vice President, Strategic Finance Partner for Operations. This senior finance leader will serve as the primary strategic business partner to the Global Operations organization, shaping and driving the financial aspects of the business strategy. The role involves leading a team that connects financial strategy to business outcomes, influencing key decisions, and ensuring that the financial implications of business choices are well understood. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic decision-making, future-focused business models, and providing input on capital and portfolio choices. They must have a proven track record in strategic finance, experience in global or high-growth organizations, and the ability to influence executive decision-making. Applicants for the Vice President, Strategic Finance Partner - Operations position at the company should have a strong background in finance, with a focus on strategic finance and executive-level business partnering. The role requires a leader with a growth mindset, sound business judgment, and the ability to influence and communicate with impact.
