The Company is seeking a Vice President, Finance Transformation to lead the modernization and optimization of its finance organization. This strategic executive will be responsible for driving enterprise-wide finance initiatives that enhance operating effectiveness, scalability, and processes. The role involves developing and leading a multi-year finance transformation roadmap, partnering with the CFO and finance leadership to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement, and ensuring that the transformation aligns with business and finance objectives. The successful candidate will also be tasked with leading organizational redesign, process standardization, and technology enablement, including the adoption of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and advanced analytics. Candidates for the Vice President, Finance Transformation role at the company should have a proven track record in finance, consulting, business transformation, or operational excellence, with a focus on leading large-scale transformation initiatives. Strong leadership skills are essential, as the role involves building and leading a high-performing transformation office and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have experience in program management, change leadership, and stakeholder management, and will be adept at using data to drive decision-making and track business value. A background in management consulting, corporate transformation, or finance strategy is preferred, along with advanced business credentials such as an MBA, CPA, or CMA.
