The Company is seeking a Vice President, Strategic Finance Partner to serve as the senior finance advisor to its global product, DIO (IT), and corporate function organizations. The successful candidate will be a key player in shaping strategy, driving profitable growth, and optimizing resource allocation. This role requires a proven track record in strategic finance and executive-level business partnering, with a strong command of value creation, long-range planning, and business model economics. The Vice President will be responsible for strategic decision-making, future-focused business models, and providing input on business strategy, including capital and portfolio choices. They will also lead a senior business partnering team, fostering a culture of curiosity, challenge, and accountability for business outcomes. Applicants must have a background in partnering with major business functions and a history of influencing strategy and investment decisions at the executive level. The role demands a leader with a growth mindset, sound business judgment, and the ability to constructively challenge and influence executive stakeholders. A deep understanding of the supported function's strategy, competitive dynamics, and value drivers is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale, global, or high-growth organizations, and an advanced business credential such as an MBA, CPA, or CFA is preferred. The Vice President will work closely with the Center of Excellence, setting priorities and service expectations, and will be instrumental in the organization's learning and development through post-decision reviews.
