Senior Vice President, .NET Development Greater Tampa, FL Area

The Company is seeking a senior technology lead to design, develop, and implement new or enhanced enterprise application systems. The role involves aligning application architecture with business needs, resolving complex technical challenges, and ensuring solutions meet security, architecture, and coding standards. The successful candidate will guide engineering practices across coding, testing, debugging, continuous integration, and deployment, while collaborating with engineering, architecture, and business teams. Responsibilities also include mentoring developers, leading technical delivery, assessing risk, and supporting compliance and control requirements. Candidates should have at least six years of software engineering experience, including five or more years developing enterprise applications with C# and .NET, and substantial experience with Microsoft SQL Server. Required expertise includes event-driven microservices, multithreaded high-performance applications, containerized environments, software design principles, Git, and secure, scalable enterprise systems. Strong technical leadership, project delivery, analytical, and communication skills are essential. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; a relevant master’s degree is preferred. Experience with Agile methods, messaging platforms, financial messaging standards, and gRPC or REST APIs is an advantage.
