Vice President, Apps Development Lead Analyst Greater Tampa, FL Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Apps Development Lead Analyst to lead application systems analysis and programming, establishing and implementing new or revised systems in coordination with technology teams. Responsibilities include translating business and technical requirements into system enhancements, leading complex projects, and ensuring application designs align with architecture standards. The role also involves hands-on leadership of data integration and migration initiatives, including architecture, delivery planning, development, performance analysis, and infrastructure assessment. The successful candidate will advise and coach developers, coordinate parallel workstreams, and manage risks, controls, and compliance requirements. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred. The role requires extensive application development and systems analysis experience, including deep expertise in Ab Initio ETL architecture and delivery, along with strong data warehousing, migration, modeling, and performance optimization skills. Experience with Snowflake, UNIX shell scripting, Oracle SQL, data quality tools, and related ETL platforms is valuable. Strong project leadership, communication, adaptability, and subject-matter expertise are essential.
