The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for its Baltic North region, which includes Estonia and Latvia. The CFO will be a key member of the management team, responsible for finance management, legal and financial reporting, and ensuring the execution of strategic objectives. This role demands a proactive leader who can steer the business to meet or exceed targets in truck sales, service market, retail, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement. The successful candidate will be expected to have a strong background in financial management, with a minimum of 5 years' experience, and a proven track record in the automotive industry, particularly in sales and retail operations. The CFO will also be involved in business control, commercial risk management, and will be the driving force behind operational excellence initiatives. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should hold a university degree in economics, business administration, or equivalent, and possess strong leadership, communication, and networking skills. The role requires an individual with a business and customer-oriented mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence at all levels. The CFO will be expected to be a strong team player, process-driven, and proactive in their approach. Advanced computer knowledge and an interest in digitalization and finance tools are essential.
