Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' of relevant experience, with at least 3 years' in a leadership or management role, and a proven track record of leading technical teams. The role demands a strong technical background in IT infrastructure, networking, IAM, and cybersecurity, as well as experience in security operations, incident response, and vulnerability management. The ideal candidate will also have experience with security governance, risk management, and compliance programs, and be adept at managing third-party security risks. Strong communication skills, the ability to work with diverse stakeholders, and a pragmatic, execution-oriented approach are essential. Experience with cloud environments, security certifications, and modern application security is advantageous.
