The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in leading the growth strategy of its rapidly expanding business. The successful candidate will be a core partner to the CEO, responsible for driving business growth through the formulation and execution of strategies, strengthening product-market fit, and overseeing all company operations, including sales, product, and delivery. This role demands a leader who can visualize business performance, identify operational bottlenecks, and promote cross-departmental improvements. The COO will also be instrumental in recruiting and developing key leaders, fostering a results-oriented organizational culture, and will have significant autonomy across the various business functions. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a proven track record of achieving scale in a rapidly growing company, with experience in building operational processes, KPIs, and internal systems from the ground up. A Bachelor's degree, business-level proficiency in Japanese and English, and a deep understanding of enterprise B2B sales cycles and GTM strategies are essential. The ideal candidate will have a high level of ownership, decision-making ability, and excellent problem-solving skills. While not mandatory, experience in the finance, asset management, SaaS, or AI fields, as well as practical experience in fundraising, IR, and management of international teams, are considered advantageous.
