Head of Logistics

The Company is seeking a Head of Logistics to lead end-to-end delivery of high-value materials and spare parts to internal and external customers. The role oversees a team of approximately 20, with responsibility for organizational effectiveness, employee development, and retention. Key duties include managing inventory performance and replenishment strategies, overseeing third-party warehousing and distribution partners, and coordinating complex imports, including transport, costs, customs, and insurance. The Head of Logistics will also manage budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and drive performance through operational KPIs. Candidates should bring extensive leadership experience in end-to-end supply chain management, complex logistics, and parts order administration. A strong record of leading and motivating large, cross-functional teams is required, along with experience in asset-intensive industries and knowledge of high-value inventory, warranties, and maintenance, repair, and operations processes. High proficiency in SAP and enterprise order administration tools is essential. The role also calls for commercial acumen and the ability to build credibility with senior leaders in a complex, global environment.
