Vice President, Property Management

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Property Management to lead property operations, asset management collaboration, technical services, procurement, and portfolio-wide performance. Responsibilities include ensuring building maintenance and upgrades meet operational standards and budgets, partnering on property strategies and annual budgets, and developing long-term capital expenditure and maintenance plans. The role also involves leading internal teams and overseeing external property managers and service providers. The Vice President will strengthen processes and controls, ensure regulatory compliance and progress environmental, social, and governance objectives, and contribute to strategic initiatives. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a relevant field such as real estate, engineering, or facilities management preferred, and more than 18 years of relevant experience. Senior leadership experience and a background managing institutional-grade real estate portfolios are required. Applicants should bring expertise in budgeting, cost management, capital expenditure planning, procurement, property operations, building systems, and maintenance, along with experience leading teams and external providers. Professional-level Japanese and proficient written and spoken English are required.
