Vice President, Property Management

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Property Management in Japan. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the PM function, ensuring the operations and performance of diverse real estate portfolios across multiple asset classes. This role involves driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, and asset value enhancement, while maintaining compliance with the company's policies and standards. Key responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of property management, partnering with asset management to develop property strategies and budgets, providing insights to support asset performance, and leading the property management and technical services teams. The role also requires managing external property managers, contractors, and service providers, as well as driving ESG and sustainability initiatives. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 18 years' experience in property and facilities management, including a senior leadership role. Strong experience in managing institutional-grade real estate portfolios, financial and commercial acumen, and proven leadership in managing both internal teams and external service providers are essential. The role demands strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively across multiple functions. The ideal candidate will be independent, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to travel within Japan as required.
