Head of Business Excellence

The Company is seeking a Head of Business Excellence to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Country Pharma Leadership Team, leading the formulation and execution of business excellence strategies that encompass commercial strategies, omnichannel, digital transformation, and organizational change. This role is pivotal in strengthening the capabilities and structure of the commercial organization, designing and implementing sales incentive programs, and ensuring governance and regulatory compliance. The Head of Business Excellence will also be responsible for developing business analytics, leading business objective setting, forecasting, and driving business transformation to identify new opportunities. Applicants must have a background in biopharmaceuticals, with a focus on business excellence, commercial operations, or related strategic roles. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in optimizing commercial operations, improving customer engagement, and being a key member of a leadership team. A Bachelor's degree is essential, along with fluency in Japanese and business-level English. Expertise in omnichannel strategy development, implementation, and digital transformation promotion is a must, as is advanced data analysis skills to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will also have experience in fostering a culture of diversity and high performance and knowledge of commercial regulations in the pharmaceutical industry.
