The Company is in search of an Assistant Vice President / Workplace Experience Lead to oversee and enhance the operational and client service aspects of its Tokyo office. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for all employee and client inquiries related to office services, with a focus on delivering an exceptional workplace experience. This includes managing reception, hospitality, conference rooms, catering, and internal events, as well as ensuring the office's fire safety and disaster prevention readiness. The role demands a professional with a strong background in workplace operations, hospitality, or related corporate services, who can lead a team to maintain high standards and operational excellence. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in a relevant field, with a proven track record of exceptional customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a proactive, resourceful individual with excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a high level of professionalism, integrity, and executive presence, and will be adept at using Microsoft Office and familiar with workplace and corporate services systems.
