Key responsibilities include supporting the development and execution of the audit function's strategy, coordinating strategic planning activities, and maintaining KPI reporting. The role also involves preparing executive-level materials, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and managing sensitive requests with discretion. Applicants must have a minimum of 4 years' experience in audit, risk management, strategy, governance, performance management, consulting, financial services, or a related field. Strong qualifications include experience in preparing executive-level materials, excellent communication skills, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. The ideal candidate will have a background in a Chief of Staff, corporate strategy, finance, governance, or performance reporting role, and professional designations such as MBA, CPA, CIA, CFA, FRM, or equivalent are considered an asset.
