The Company is seeking a VP, Strategy and Operations to serve as the Chief Procurement Officer's principal partner in the development and execution of procurement strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the transformation agenda, with a focus on technology, AI, and process optimization across the source-to-pay cycle. This role requires a strategic, analytical, and operational mindset, deep functional expertise, and the ability to lead through influence. The VP will be tasked with developing category strategies, building the procurement operating model, and architecting the modernization agenda. They will also be expected to own the global procurement multi-year strategy, translate it into a transformation roadmap, and lead strategic initiatives that cut across categories. Applicants for the VP, Strategy and Operations role at the company should have substantial senior experience in procurement, sourcing, or third-party cost management within a large, complex, multinational organization. A proven track record in procurement or functional transformation, including operating model change, technology deployment, or process re-engineering, is essential. The ideal candidate will have deep working knowledge of the source-to-pay lifecycle and at least one major S2P platform, as well as strong commercial and financial fluency. The role demands an exceptional analytical thinker, a confident communicator, and the ability to influence and earn credibility with executive stakeholders. Experience in leading distributed teams and building capability is also a key requirement.
