The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Corporate Properties and Workplace Services. This national leadership role is pivotal in managing the corporate property portfolio, workplace services, and property operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading both the Head Office and Regional Office teams, establishing clear accountabilities and service standards, and ensuring consistent delivery of services. Key responsibilities include translating enterprise direction into multi-year portfolio plans, leading portfolio optimization, and overseeing the development of capital plans and investment recommendations. The role also involves maintaining strong governance and service quality oversight, as well as building productive relationships with various business partners. Applicants for the Assistant Vice President position should have a minimum of ten years' experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, or a related field, with a focus on people leadership. Experience in a large, complex, and regulated organization is essential, and a background in financial services or insurance is an asset. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in portfolio optimization, capital planning, and project governance, as well as the ability to influence senior leaders and work across functions. A university degree in a relevant discipline is required, and additional credentials in facilities management, real estate, or related fields are considered advantageous. The role demands a strategic thinker with strong judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage significant operating and capital budgets.
