The Company is seeking a Head of Financial Engineering to establish and lead the function across its global asset management division. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the vision, operating model, and roadmap for financial engineering, as well as developing a multi-year strategy for analytics, investment tooling, and decision-support capabilities. This role requires a leader who can partner with various stakeholders to identify, design, and deliver advanced analytical tools and data solutions that enhance investment outcomes and client value. The Head of Financial Engineering will also be tasked with leading a team of quantitative, analytics, and engineering professionals, and acting as a senior advisor on data, analytics, investment technology, and innovation opportunities. Applicants for the Head of Financial Engineering position should have a minimum of 12-15 years' of experience in asset management, wealth management, capital markets, or financial services, with a proven track record in leading analytics, quantitative, investment technology, or financial engineering functions. The role demands a leader with strong technical expertise in portfolio construction, investment analytics, performance attribution, risk analytics, and a deep understanding of data architecture, cloud-based analytics environments, and AI and machine learning applications. The ideal candidate will possess leadership capabilities in strategic thinking, executive presence, and enterprise influence, and will be adept at managing multidisciplinary technical teams and large transformation programs.
