Vice President, Analytics & Health Outcomes Greater Toronto, Canada Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Analytics and Health Outcomes to lead enterprise analytics and measurement capabilities. This senior leader will turn complex data into actionable insights, recommendations, and clear narratives that guide priorities, investment decisions, and performance management. The role will develop scalable frameworks to assess outcomes and impact, embed analytics into organizational planning and decision-making, and communicate evidence-based findings to internal and external stakeholders. It will also provide leadership on data quality, governance, privacy, responsible AI, and analytics foundations, while building and guiding a high-performing team. Candidates should have at least 15 years of progressive analytics experience in health care, benefits, insurance, consulting, or a related field, including senior leadership responsibility for analytics and business impact. They should demonstrate the ability to translate data into measurable business, customer, and health outcomes, and communicate complex analysis through clear, executive-ready storytelling. Required expertise includes outcome frameworks, dashboards, measurement design, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, segmentation, data visualization, and familiarity with AI and machine learning. Strong business judgment, collaborative leadership, and English proficiency are also required.
