Vice President of Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to strengthen operational effectiveness, project delivery, and organizational performance across a multidisciplinary business. As a member of the executive leadership team, this leader will establish operating disciplines, governance practices, and organizational foundations to support future growth. Responsibilities include guiding regional teams and promoting consistent planning, resourcing, delivery, measurement, accountability, and decision-making. The role also contributes to corporate strategy, business planning, leadership development, organizational growth, and continuous improvement while supporting design excellence, client service, and business performance.
