Vice President of Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations (VPO) to provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and financial management for a portfolio of clubs, golf courses, and other hospitality and recreational facilities. The VPO will be responsible for driving operational excellence, revenue growth, member and guest satisfaction, and team member development. This role requires a proven multi-club operator with a strong background in club and golf operations, food and beverage, and revenue and membership development programs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 10 years of progressive operational leadership experience, and a track record of managing P&L responsibility of $25M or more. The VPO will be expected to lead through General Managers and senior club leaders, ensuring that company standards, policies, and brand expectations are consistently achieved. Key responsibilities include setting clear expectations, identifying opportunities for growth, and driving the implementation of company initiatives. The successful candidate will also be involved in performance improvement, people leadership, and will serve as a trusted partner to the company's executive team and ownership groups. Strong business and financial acumen, advanced leadership and coaching skills, and the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels are essential for this role. The VPO will operate with significant autonomy, so the ability to make sound, timely judgments and operate with transparency is crucial.
