Vice President, Senior Java Architect Greater Toronto, Canada Area

The successful candidate will be responsible for combining hands-on technical direction with people leadership, influencing the design, and scaling of AI-driven systems. This role requires a deep understanding of Java, Python, and modern machine learning frameworks, as well as experience with natural language processing concepts and techniques. The Senior Java Architect will also be involved in managing multiple engineering teams, overseeing hiring, performance evaluations, and career development, and defining engineering standards and best practices. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of relevant engineering experience, including team leadership, and a strong background in building applications in Java. Proficiency in Python and experience with AI and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LangChain is essential.
