The Company is seeking a Vice President of Crisis Services to provide executive leadership for the crisis continuum, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented interventions for individuals in behavioral health or substance use crises. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and supervision of clinical programs and services, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices. This role requires a Master's degree in a related field, a valid mental health professional license, and a minimum of 5 years of clinical and supervisory experience in mental health services, with a preference for those with a background in crisis and emergency behavioral health. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Crisis Services include program oversight, clinical and operational management, and fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in building and maintaining relationships, strong strategic thinking, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in high-acuity, fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in crisis intervention, risk assessment, and de-escalation, and be adept at using data to drive continuous improvement. Additionally, the role requires the ability to manage financial resources, ensure the safety and security of the work environment, and lead efforts in innovation and continuous improvement within the crisis service delivery system.
