The successful candidate will be the institutional leader in student housing and community services, student health and well-being, athletics and recreation, and career development. This role is pivotal in ensuring a cohesive, strategic, and student-centered service approach, with a focus on fostering an exceptional learning environment where all students can thrive academically, personally, and professionally. The Vice President, Students will be responsible for the development of university-wide policies, operational plans, and the creation of new campus initiatives, and must have a proven track record in leading a diverse student portfolio within a large, research-based academic institution. Applicants for the Vice President, Students position at the company should have a substantial and successful background in executive leadership, preferably within a multi-campus environment. The role requires a candidate with a strong academic background, including an undergraduate and preferably a graduate degree, and a deep commitment to student well-being, innovation, and inclusivity. The ideal candidate will be resilient, passionate, and outcomes-oriented, with experience in financial management, budgetary accountability, and leadership best practices.
