The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall planning, direction, and implementation of all programs and policies, ensuring the efficient and effective administration of the business plan. This includes overseeing marketing and public relations activities to meet occupancy goals, managing the resident admission process, and maintaining resident satisfaction. The Executive Director will also be tasked with achieving care plan goals, coordinating resident service activities, and ensuring the community operates in compliance with all relevant standards and regulations. Additionally, the role involves hiring, training, and scheduling community staff, as well as acting as a culture ambassador to uphold the company's core values. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company must meet the current requirements of the State Department of Social Services Standards and Regulations for Licensed Assisted Living Facilities. A minimum of 2 years' post-secondary education, with a college degree preferred, and at least 3 years' of experience in a supervisory role in senior housing are required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a warm and compassionate personality, and a strong understanding of the relevant standards and regulations. Responsibilities also include ensuring the community is appropriately staffed, participating in direct marketing, and being the primary contact during formal licensing inspections.
