Chief of Staff to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO)

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to support the Chief Risk Officer in translating risk strategy and priorities into coordinated execution. The role will help shape priorities, anticipate emerging issues, coordinate work across teams, and track strategic initiatives and agreed actions, escalating obstacles when needed. Responsibilities include supporting governance forums, preparing decision materials and senior-level communications, and coordinating selected priority projects while keeping accountability with the appropriate owners. The Chief of Staff will also strengthen planning, follow-through, governance, and collaboration across the Risk function, without taking on the CRO’s formal decision rights or risk ownership. Candidates should bring experience in consulting, transformation, project management, business operations, or a similar strategic coordination role, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills. The role requires sound judgment, discretion, integrity, and experience preparing executive-level presentations and governance materials. Applicants should be confident working with senior stakeholders in a multi-country or matrix environment and have strong written and verbal English communication skills. Proficiency with emerging technologies and AI-powered tools is required; exposure to risk, compliance, regulatory, legal, or governance environments is an advantage.
