The Company is seeking a VP, Credit Risk Business Analytics Lead Analyst to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of global finance, working with a diverse and talented group of professionals to engineer the future of financial systems. The role involves leading a team that analyzes securities, trade volumes, and exposure trends to ensure the integrity of data that impacts exposure calculation metrics. This is a critical function that requires close collaboration with various partners, including those in risk analytics, credit risk management, markets, and technology. The team is dedicated to proactively identifying and improving risk data quality, and the VP will be responsible for maintaining reasonability checks, addressing potential business issues, and proposing controls that enhance exposure calculation processes. Applicants should have a comprehensive knowledge of business and risk data, with a focus on securities, market data, and trading products. A total of around 10 years of banking experience, particularly in credit risk and exposure calculations, is required. The role demands a strong background in OTC, SFT, and cash products, as well as a proven track record in project management and the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills, attention to detail, and a high level of competency in tools such as Tableau, MS Access, Excel, Project, and SQL. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a Master's degree being preferred. The position offers the opportunity to work with the company's enterprise credit risk systems and provides a platform for professional growth and development in the field of risk management.
