Vice President, Trading & Banking Products

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Trading and Banking Products with a focus on equities, ETFs, and bonds. The successful candidate will have end-to-end responsibility for the trading and custody product domain, actively shaping the strategic and functional development of these products. This role requires a professional with at least 5 years' experience in the trading and custody of financial instruments, a Master's degree in a relevant field, and a background in payment services. The VP will be expected to lead complex banking and trading initiatives, translate business and regulatory requirements into product roadmaps, and ensure regulatory compliance in product design. A hands-on, entrepreneurial approach, and a strong affinity for working with IT and technical teams are essential.
